What constellation will the sun be in on the summer solstice about 2000 years from now?

The answer is Taurus. At present the sun is in the constellation of Gemini on the summer solstice. Two thousand years ago (roughly about the time astrology was invented) it was in Cancer.

One of the motions of the earth is precession and it is the gradual and slow movement of the earth's axis in a circular motion. It takes roughly about 24,000 years for the earth's axis to make one complete circle. Since there are twelve traditional signs in the zodiac, it takes about 2000 years for the sun's position in the zodiac to shift one constellation.

That is why the sun is now in Gemini and in another 2000 years it will be in Taurus on the summer solstice. What constellation will the sun be in on the summer solstice about 2000 years from now?It looks like the Sun will be in the constellation Taurus in 4006. The summer solstice will be on June 19th that year.
