Answer d, Camelopardalis is a circumpolar constellation and will not set if you live sufficiently far north. However if you live at a latitude of 23 degrees north, Camelopardalis most definitely will set in the south around 2:40 UT. The further south you live the less time the constellation will be visible, go far enough south and Camelopardalis will never rise.
