im in aus by the way if that helpsIs this true about the Saucepan constellation ?Monotheist mythologies are more fit to be despised than astrology, because they've caused more harm, wasted more human talent and energy, and done more to corrupt the races they've afflicted than astrology ever did.Is this true about the Saucepan constellation ?
The 'saucepan' is a portion of a southern constellation named Pavo. It is known as an asterism, or unofficial constellation. The claim that this is the only constellation mentioned in the Bible is absurd. For starters, Genesis 37:9 refers to the 'eleven stars', or the original eleven signs of the zodiac (Libra was not yet used in astrology). There are a number of other mentions.
And, no, that's not heaven.
BTW, I just found out that there is another saucepan, formed by the belt a sword of Orion. Is this true about the Saucepan constellation ?Job 9:9 Bear, Orion, Pleiades, constellations of the south
Job 38:31 Pleiades, Orion
Amos 5:8 Pleiades, Orion
Can't be a really bright light if you have to have a big telescope to see it.
Orion is home to M42, the Great Nebula in Orion (have to use capitals on that one). It's in the handle of the "Saucepan" as I've grown up knowing it in Australia, other would call it the Sword of Orion, the Belt Stars making up the base of the pot as we see it down here.
There is a grouping of young-ish stars in the nebula called the Trapezium (Theta Orionis)

I don't think it's Heaven but it is in the heavens and it is nice to look at (through nearly any sort of telescope)Is this true about the Saucepan constellation ?
