I can figure out when you can see it. It says the Sun appears in the constellation Cancer from July 21 to August 9. Does that mean it's on visible from july 21 to aug. 9 or that just then sun appears in it.

Try wikipedia for a decent picture, but it's a hard constellation to spot even on a dark night.
