The Air Force also wasn't using the F-22s, that's why Congress (not Obama) stopped funding them. I would think that fiscally responsible Republicans would be supporting government not wasting money on useless projects.

F-22 is like killing flies with a flame thrower. DO we need it NOOOO. Did it cost alot of money and make alot of politicians and managers rich, YESSSSSSSSSSS.Is Obama decapitating America? He cut the F-22 program, now the Constellation program?When the F-22 program was cut, the defense department recommended the cuts since over 180 of the F-22 were already built and no more were desired. The defense department desired to use the money for more equipment that was needed for the current wars since the F-22 was minimally used (most were sitting in hangers in the US). It was only the special interest groups (defense contractors, politicians from states that produce the plane, etc.) that wanted to continue the program.
