[Misses all the old regulars.]Would Astrology change if the stars that formed the constellation went boom?The stars and planets are like hands on the face of a clock. The clockwork inside the clock is what makes the clock work. The hands on the clock (planets) or the symbols marking the hours on the clock face (stars of the sign) might get damaged or even fall off, but the clock keeps working.



It is not that planets and stars have any control over my destiny. Rather, I am the only one in charge of my destiny. The universe observes my decisions over countless lifetimes and holds me responsible for them. Therefore she moves her "clockwork" in ways that bring me the just rewards and punishments of my freewill. The planets and stars are merely natures clockface, her way of helping a human being understand what this destiny is.
